Policy
The following policies have been established to allow us to provide the best possible service for
our clients. These policies are set with the clients and the artist’s best interest in mind and in
doing so, Sahar Artistry is confident in the quality of our client-to-artist communication.
At Sahar Artistry, client satisfaction is our top priority however, we have no control over your
healed results. There are no guarantees with permanent makeup procedures due to its
unpredictable healing process. Healed results vary per individual and are highly dependent on
many factors such as lifestyle, skin-type and proper aftercare. Therefore, we cannot guarantee
results.
NEW CLIENTS
If you’ve had microblading/any work done by another artist, please fill out the intake form available on the CONTACT page. Clients with existing work by other artists will be subject to regular rates. Touch up rates only apply to existing clients.
DEPOSIT
All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure a booking. Your deposit will be deducted from your final total. Deposits are non-refundable and can be transferred once with a 72 hour notice.
MISSED APPOINTMENTS, CANCELLATION AND LATE POLICY
A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required if you need to reschedule an appointment. Only onetime rescheduling is permitted without forfeiting your deposit. If you fail to reschedule within the 72-hour period, your deposit will be forfeited.
If you miss your appointment or provide a last-minute notice of cancellation, you will forfeit your deposit.
We provide a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you will risk forfeiting your deposit. Please note- if you are running late, it is your responsibility to notify your artist via email at info@sahar.artistry.com. Failure to do so will result in a deposit forfeit and another deposit will be required to rebook.
GUESTS
Sahar Artistry has a strict no guests’ policy to avoid cross contamination and interruption. This means there will be no guests allowed to sit in with the client during their appointment.
REFUSAL
Sahar Artistry has the right to refuse any clients who deem unfit for the procedure.
PRICING
Pricing is subject to change at any given time.
PAYMENT
Deposits are made online upon booking and will be deducted from the final total. We accept all major credit cards, Debit and Cash.
REFUNDS
No refunds will be provided on ANY services. Deposits are NOT refundable.
